To ensure the broadest participation the registration is free for those who register here.

The capacity of the meeting venue is limited, so registration is compulsory butso far, does not ensure seats in the Theater hall for plenary sessions because the number of participants reached the maximum capacity. Please, consider that now there are seats available only in video connection with the nearby Halls of the Mental Health Department Direction.
